Port vieux was within walking distance. Quick room service. Wonderful base for discovering Biarritz. A cool bonus was nearby La P'tite Creperie, that offered tea and coffee.

We booked a double room with balcony, but there wasn't a balcony to the room, and if we hadn't complained, they wouldn't have given a compensation. It was difficult to manage the tap in the shower.

The hotel was positioned near the old port and very convenient for visiting the town.
The room was in a poor state of repair and there was very poor sound insulation. The noise from the street was extreme and it was not possible to sleep until 3.00 a.m. The hotel is not suitable for families or those seeking a good nights sleep.

very noisy as we had a balacony therefore our room was facing onto the street which was very noisy during the night.the balacony was tiny i wouldn;t recommend getting it.rooms were small ok for a couple of nites.

Hotel was extremely clean and central. Staff were very helpfull. Ideal location for exploring the town of Biarritz.

There is quite a bit of noise as the walls are somewhat thin and the hotel is on on a fairly busy street at night. All in all, I would still stay here again.

Very noisy. Not so much because of the location, the walls were very thin and you could hear everything even people using the toilet in the next room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach and right on one of the main streets.
Room and bathroom was old style and badly in need of updating. However, I believe they are updating the rooms starting in November. Our room was in the front of the building and it was very noisy at night (up to 4am!)

Staff a bit rude because we checked out late.

The personnel is very nice and helpful. The location is excellent and the room is well furnished.
The room could be better acoustically isolated, the noise of the street can disturb the sleep.
